Founded by the Advertising Association, business4Life is a coalition of companies actively using marketing and communications skills as a force for good to help deliver Department of Health Change4Life and other Government messaging in order to encourage healthier lifestyles. The companies involved have pledged to make a £200 million in-kind contribution to the Change4Life movement by using their marketing, branding and advertising skills to encourage better diets and more exercise.
As part of b4L, companies will collectively demonstrate the role they can play in encouraging consumers to adopt healthier lifestyles. Working in partnership with Government they will deliver positive, engaging and realistic messages, aimed at encouraging both dietary changes and increased activity. By using their unique brand and marketing expertise, business4Life companies will ensure that the 4Life messages reach key audiences, though innovative and effective channels, that the DH might not otherwise be able to reach.
Any company or organisation, including sectors that are not currently represented within membership, prepared to commit resources towards supporting the Change4Life movement can join business4Life.
